Change sets for machine vise MC-P HILMA, interchangeable insert, grip

Design and use:

Gripp / Gripp round:
- For the first clamping of raw parts
- For use on saw cuts or cast surfaces with larger angular errors (0,3 mm)
- Grip round: For clamping non-cubic workpieces or forged and cast parts
- Angular errors of up to several millimetres can be compensated for in conjunction with pendulum jaws

TUC / HM Rough:
- For the first clamping of drawn materials or saw cuts with small angular errors (0,1 mm)
- Type and roughness of the coating allow targeted selection according to processing task and material
- Holding forces can be increased by a factor of 2
- TUC: Hardness 80 HRC, roughness RA 10
- HM rough: Hardness 58 HRC, grain size 0,3-0,5 mm
